The rectangle shaped building, which is located perpendicular to the main east-west city axis, underlines there presentational values of a courthouse building with its mass block and facade characteristic with series of columns. The prevent the usual distressing image of long courthouse corridors, waiting halls and corridors were opened to outer facade, south and north (to the sea and nature) while the court rooms and offices were planned to face the inner courtyard. The inner courtyard and the section were also arranged accordingly to support the building micro-climate.
