Office masses were placed as a lower level courted platform, purposely on the east-west axis, open to north south wind because of the context of the site.  This orientation The unpleasant orientation of this platform was used to bring advantages in energy production and use, by covering the facades with photovoltaic panels as sun protectors. The high managerial block, which is located on the north-south axis that was lofted from the ground with steel constructions, is designed to define the main entrance and approach.
