Project Facts

The building is designed with little height to be in harmony with the ground and site which reminds a tumulus with its natural monumental structure and its downgrade elliptic shape with a diameter of 900 meters.  Mass/plan organization of the building is simply based on the essential working mechanisms and the representational methods of the universal diplomacy.
