Fethiye Municipality Commercial Center

2008 - Mugla, Turkey

Project Facts

The building complex, which contains multiple different functions, is designed on a grid system, which aims to gather all the pedestrian approaches from every direction at a central yard.

Because of the climate parameters, the plan is designed to supply natural microclimate, by circulating the wind through both horizontal and vertical and facades of the complex and by taking water and green inside.

The design of the grid system and the little bazaars planned on it, gives the flexibility for the together use of different sized spaces/volumes.
