Project Facts

Designed on a small plot, the building is highly transparent, letting the sunlight in with its double facade of glass and terracotta cladding to enrich the spatial relationships.

The ground floor, 1st floor and roof terrace landscapes with its integrated structure and lighting solutions provides a spatial and perceptual richness for the user. As a result of smart assessment of the site, square meter and user-usage data; A comfortable, effective and inviting space organization has been achieved. The building accommodates offices on upper floors and a Seminar Hall, 5 Educational Labs and technical and service areas on basement floors. The Seminar Hall, Workshop and Training areas are designed to be comfortable and flexible in use and to provide high operational value.
