The building is located on Bahçelievler 7.Street, Ankara; on a small plot with in front a busy pedestrian traffic. As the long facade was facing the west and the main street’s busy traffic lane; a double layered facade, which was supported mechanically for sound and heat proof was designed. Also, the materials, which would be permanent and would not need maintenance, were used.
