The building that contains multiple different functions was considered to settle in Ankara Oran embassies area and the project was designed as competition proposal. Wanting to have a strong perspective from the city’s and Oran’s access and attribution of representation were the main parameters which led the design.
The guesthouse which was hypothetically given in the building program - to be decided to be built or not in the process - was the hardest input of planning.
